These terms cover the basics of using huntfine.com and shopping with Hunt Fine Jewelry. By using this site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to them.

Orders & Pricing

I do my best to make sure prices and product details on this site are accurate, but mistakes can happen, whether from a technical glitch or a simple typo. If a pricing or listing error occurs, I reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before it’s fulfilled. If this happens, you’ll be notified and refunded in full for that order.

Content, Designs & Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, including photos, writing, and the jewelry designs themselves, is my original work. I’d love for you to share it! If you post about a piece, save a photo for inspiration, or send an article to a friend, that makes my day.

What I don’t allow is commercial reproduction: using my photos, designs, or product specifications to manufacture, produce, or sell copies of my work, whether that’s a small batch or mass production, whether it’s sold under a different name, and regardless of where the manufacturing takes place. My designs aren’t available for licensing or replication by other sellers or factories.

Gift Cards

A Hunt Fine Jewelry gift card can be used toward anything I make. That includes a piece from the Shop, a custom piece made from new material, or a redesign of your family jewelry.

To use your card online, enter the code written on it at checkout on huntfine.com. If you’re planning a custom piece or a redesign, email me your code before invoicing at rachel@huntfine.com and I’ll apply it to your total. You don’t have to spend the full amount at once, and any remaining balance stays on your card for next time.

To check your balance, email me at rachel@huntfine.com with your card’s code.

Gift cards never expire, and there are no fees to buy or use one. They can’t be exchanged for cash. Purchases made with a gift card follow my Shipping & Returns policy, and if one of those purchases is refunded, the amount goes back onto your gift card.

Please keep your card somewhere safe. I’m not able to replace a lost or stolen card.

Limitation of Liability

Hunt Fine Jewelry isn’t liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This site and its contents are provided as-is, without guarantees beyond what’s explicitly stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and Canada. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms occasionally as the business grows or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
